Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Gratorama’s General Terms and Conditions of Use (available at Gratorama.com.)
The users of Gratorama are hereinafter offered a chance to win prizes as part of occasional tournaments, promotions or special offers for meeting/completing required achievements, as set forth by Gratorama, and subjected solely to its auditing and supervision.
The New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle is generated electronically and does not have any physical form.
1.Eligibility for Participation in the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle
1.1.Gratorama users who wish to participate in the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle must comply with Gratorama’s User agreement and related Policies and with the said set of rules.
1.2.All details provided during the registration process must be accurate, true, complete and up to date.
1.3.In order to participate in Gratorama’s New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle, the user must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in the jurisdiction in which the user resides by law (if above the age of 18 years old), and be registered for “Real Money” play with Gratorama.
1.4.The participating player’s first deposit on Gratorama must be for an amount equal to or greater than 10 €/£/$ (100Kr).
1.5.Gratorama’s officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and/or members of their households are not eligible to participate in the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle. All participants of the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle must comply with said set of rules ("New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle Rules") to be eligible to participate in the raffle.
1.6.Prizes offered by Gratorama’s are intended for genuine recreational players only. You must enter true and valid information when you sign up. Changes after winnings will not be accepted and winning will be void. Gratorama’s reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account if abuse is suspected.
2.New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle Procedures
2.1.Must be Registered for Real Money play at Gratorama.
2.2.Must Deposit at least 10€/£/$ (100Kr) when you fund your account for the first time.
2.3.The draw will be held on the 3rd business day of each month for the previous month. The raffle will include all the players from the previous month whose first Gratorama’s deposits were equal to, or greater than, €/£/$25 (250Kr). Gratorama will announce the winner within two (2) business days of the draw.
2.4.The winner will be announced on the Gratorama’swebsite and may also be announced in all other modes of communication used by said brand (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Press and/or Marketing releases).
2.5.Winning players will be contacted via phone or e-mail by the support/account management team in order to coordinate final shipping details. Winners may choose to receive a monetary contingency in the form of a Gratorama bonus, equal to the value of the prize, if they so wish.
3.Conditions for Receiving a Prize
3.1.Winning players must verify the contact details, as listed in their Gratorama account, are correct. Failure to do so will void the winners’ eligibility to receive any prize.
3.2.Multiple registrations will be viewed as abuse and will automatically void all winnings and result in all accounts being closed.
3.3.Prior to releasing any winnings to you, the Company will conduct a security review and will require you to provide, within five (5) business days, such identification or other information or documentation as the Company, in its sole discretion, believe is necessary. The required documents will include, inter alia, proof of your identity, including, valid identification card, credit card under your name, address, contact e-mail and valid telephone number. If you fail to comply with any of the above requests, the Company reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
3.4.By accepting any prize and/or winnings, you agree and give your consent in advance to the company to the use of your name, photograph and/or likeness for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. You also acknowledge that you will fully cooperate in that regard with the company representatives.
3.5.Gratorama will make all reasonable efforts to contact and validate the winner’s personal details; however, it is the winning player’s sole responsibility to contact the support team/account manager in order to claim the prize.
3.6.Once a player wins the Monthly Prize Raffle she/he will be given the option to convert their Prize into a bonus amount, to be credited to his/her Gratorama account.
3.6.1.The offered bonus value is based on the specific prize value for that month’s raffle.
3.6.2.Said bonus is subjected to the bonus T&C, as written here.
3.7.Should Gratorama attempt to contact a winning player and is unable to do so within fourteen (14) business days of the raffle, the player will not be eligible to receive the prize.
3.9.Prizes that are won will be shipped within ten (10) business days of the date the player provided all required documents as set in paragraph 3.3.
3.10.Prize shipping times may vary, or possibly cancelled altogether, due to prize availability, change in costs, local trade and/or union strikes in the beneficiary’s country, or any other factors that may influence the shipping of the prize that is beyond the control of Gratorama’s.
4.1.Two (2) “iPad Air” or equivalent. One for each of the two (2) winning players each month.
5.1.All prizes will be shipped only to the winner’s address (as indicated in the winner’s Gratorama account at the time of registration) via an international parcel shipping company.
5.2.Gratorama’s support /account management team will try to coordinate, as best they can, the details and timing of said delivery.
5.3.Gratorama cannot, and will not, be held liable for any of the shipped goods in terms of product functionality, quality and shipping time.
5.3.1Gratorama will only pay for preliminary delivery costs to the chosen shipping company. Gratorama will not pay any local or customs’ fees.
5.3.2.If a player wins a prize she/he cannot claim due to the inability of the vendor to supply the prize to the given address her/his Gratorama account will be credited for a sum not exceeding the monetary value of said prize.
6.Amendments and/or Termination of the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle
6.1.Gratorama reserves the right to amend or terminate the New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle promotion at its sole and exclusive discretion.
7.1.The monthly prize may change from time to time.
7.2.This New Players’ Monthly Prize Raffle Terms & Conditions has been drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
